I have two free live webinars coming up next week. These process webinars are a blast - always lots of good back-and-forth with folks in the chat, and I love sharing what we’ve figured out scaling 0-700 units. Here are the details:

1. 3 Zaps In 30 Minutes, with Wolfgang Croskey. Feel like you should be using Zapier, but don’t know where to start? Or looking for great automation ideas in property management? This is for you. 2. Live Process Teardown, with a Volunteer. I'll be streaming a live LeadSimple process teardown on 2/22 with 1 volunteer. We'll dig into 1 or 2 of their processes and look for improvements, optimizations and automations. I'll be asking a lot of questions and providing a lot of commentary. Industry News - Fraudulent Rental Applications?

I saw this screenshot on Twitter a couple weeks ago:

By the way, if you didn’t know (I didn’t), A CPN is simply a fake social security number (SSN).

I occasionally see property managers complaining of high fraud rates among their rental applicants. That hasn’t been an issue for us, but I’m curious if you are experiencing it. Perhaps this is regional. Please vote in this poll if you don’t mind, and I will report the results next issue:
