Doorstead acquires Knox Financial & Raises 22M
VC-backed property management company Doorstead has acquired Knox Financial (itself a VC-backed firm that had raised 14M), and raised an additional 22M in funding, for a total of 38M. Read more here.

New Family Member
My wife and I are thrilled to add another daughter to the family - Katherine Lohmann was born shortly before Christmas and is doing great! I've been out on paternity leave for several weeks and am slowly catching up on emails. Kate is already studying our company financials from 2022 and preparing remarks.
Closing Thought
