Owner Occupied - Season 2 Finished!

I recently surpassed 10,000 plays on my free podcast, Owner Occupied.

It's surreal to think that so many people have tuned in to hear discussions about property management and small business ownership. The podcast has exceeded all my expectations when I first hit record with Russell Lowery in January of 2021. Russell, thank you for taking a chance on me and (literally) making Season 1!

Season 2, which just wrapped up, is something I will always be proud of. I paid to have it professionally produced, invested in upgraded recording equipment, found sponsors, and lined up 12 guests who graciously allowed me to interview them. I could not be happier with how the episodes turned out. It's what I would have wanted to hear when I was starting in the business almost 10 years ago.

Hearing listeners describe the impact of the show on their mindset and their business is incredibly rewarding. Thank you everyone for listening and giving feedback. I plan to record another season early next year. THANK YOU!!!

My Interview with Dr. Ben Hardy + Systems Panel

The folks at Second Nature generously invited me to interview Dr. Benjamin Hardy (author, Who Not How, Gap and the Gain, and more) for their virtual conference, The Triple Win Leadership Exchange (TWLX). The interview was recorded; you can watch it here or listen to it in podcast form here. We have a great extended discussion about MINDSET.

Who Not How was the best book I've read all year. If you haven't read it yet - buy it now. It's a quick easy read but packs a powerful message that anyone can use to quickly gain leverage in their personal and professional life.
