NARPM National

Conversion to Leadsimple Process

We're right in the middle of moving all of our core processes from Process Street to LeadSimple Process. I'm really excited about this because of LeadSimple's direct integration with our property management software. This means we have access to our client, tenant, lease, and property data directly within LeadSimple. The possibilities for automation are endless because LeadSimple has a powerful Zapier integration as well.

I just completed rebuilding our Lease-Signing and Lease-Ending checklists and am having a lot of fun with it. By the way, did you know LeadSimple is hiring for customer implementation experts? I seriously considered applying for this job because it's basically just doing the stuff I love best about property management (systems/process, automation, and helping other PM owners WIN).

Update on Owner Occupied Podcast

The final episode of season 2 is set to be released on Wednesday of next week! It's an interview with Brandon Scholton of Keyrenter Denver. He has a fantastic growth story and is one of my closet confidants in the industry.

I'm extremely happy with how season 2 of the podcast turned out. In the end it was 12 interview episodes, 1 special episode on my 5-week sabbatical, and 2 syndicated episodes (from other shows where I was the guest). Thank you so much to everyone who recorded with me, and thank you to all the amazing sponsors as well.

What's next for Owner Occupied? I'm taking a few months off to focus on other things. But - I'm planning to resume the show with season 3 early next year! Do you have any suggestions for topics, guests or sponsors? I would love to hear from you!
