Interview with my Business Partner of 16 Years. Propertyware Co-Founder Makes News.

The Co-Founder Interview

My business partner Adam Rich agreed to sit down for an interview recently. He is not a public person so this is really the first time you’ll hear the history of RL Property Management and our other ventures from his perspective.

Adam is the most analytic person I know, and is an “engineer’s engineer”. He keeps me grounded. We’ve been friends for 23 years(!) and business partners for 16. Much of my thinking about investing, systems, and business has been heavily influenced by Adam.

Day-to-day, he runs the engineering company we own here in central Ohio while looking for our next real estate investment. He also recently created a course about how to start, grow & profitably operate an in-house maintenance department at your property management company (ours does 900k annually and was started by Adam).
